Central & North West London NHS Trust’s Arts in Health service offers a programme of regular creative activities to support adults with lived experiences of mental health difficulties.

They build partnerships with creative institutions, organise group visits to museums and galleries, and facilitate a regular art studio that uses art for wellbeing. I manage a team of artists and clinicians who provide participants with safe, nurturing spaces to explore creativity, socialise, build confidence, with the aim of improving wellbeing and promoting independence.

The service is for patients of the Adult Community Mental Health Hubs at CNWL NHS Trust, living in the boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon. For further details, see their website here.
