CREATIVE HEALTH
Taking part in creative activities is good for our health and wellbeing. They can calm our nervous systems, help us to switch off and allow us to feel more grounded in mind and body. Having a regular space to create in gives us routine, something to look forward to, and can provide a sense of community and belonging.
