FLOW STATE AT WILLIAM MORRIS GALLERY

Flow State sessions aim to create a gentle space for creativity – where no experience in art is necessary. Flow is the mental state in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energised focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity rather than just the outcome.

Run by art therapists Shan Rixon and Jennifer Raingold, the aim is to create a calm, accessible and supportive space, where participants feel at ease to learn new skills and be inspired to nurture their creativity.

Flow State is running twice a month from June 2025 - March 2026.
