WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
Art therapy provides a weekly, confidential and non-judgemental space where you have the freedom to choose what areas you’d like to explore. Sometimes we might go to therapy for one reason and end up exploring another. Some people find that talking while drawing / doodling / making can feel more comfortable or help with concentration. This therapeutic process can help us make sense of experiences, find new perspectives, and allow gentle shifts to happen, ultimately perhaps helping us feel more settled and in control. This all can contribute to feelings of wellness.
