It’s official! Taking part in creative activities has been proven to be highly beneficial for our health and wellbeing.
Arts activities calm our nervous systems, help us switch off and allow us to feel more grounded in mind and body. Having a regular space to create in can provide a routine, something to look forward to, and a sense of community and belonging.
